Dance Dance Revolution has finally worn me out. I was on it constantly yesterday whenever I had a spare moment. I think it is working because I lost three more pounds between Tuesday and today. Hopefully that will keep up. The only problem is my hunger cravings. I have had to keep an extra close watch on what I eat, because I really get hungry after a workout. Someone mentioned to me at one point that I could help them not be so strong if I ate right after an exercise. Just sayin’, but that seems like it would only make it harder on this girl! I would be hungry again within an hour. For now I am just going to tough it out. That way I don’t have to worry about eating at certain times, etc. I can just eat my regular meals.
