August 10

I have eaten almost exactly what the protocol says you should eat for the last six days. I have lost another 4 pounds, so I am at least starting to lose faster again (now at 278). I will keep up with this strict diet and start going to the aerobic exercise sessions my friend puts on. It’s fun to sit on the rubber exercise balls and call it a workout, anyway. I am hoping that over the course of the next week or so, I can be back up to a pound a day, which I have only hit a few times over the course of the diet. I should really be ashamed of myself, because I truly have not followed the diet as strict as the diet calls for, and that is a huge “no-no.”

Another thing that I am looking at getting into more is active aerobic exercises, particularly those with steps. The gym is great, but it isn’t a whole lot of fun. I like to move and dance, so I am wondering if something along those lines would satisfy my easily bored mind? Any suggestions out there from you girls? I have looked into hip hop dancing and aerobics, but don’t want to really look like a fool in front of a lot of people. How do games like DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) and other foot games compare to aerobic exercises? Ciao!
