July 14

It’s been five more days, but I only lost 1 more pound. I got sick with a cold and missed a day or two with the treatment. Slept all day in bed instead! Between that and an eating craving that I had as I was getting better, I think it messed me up a bit. So total, I’m at 295 pounds, and have lost 25 pounds in just over a month. I decided I want to track my progress each time I post a blog, so I started an account on Daily Burn. It’s free, and it works really nice. I set a goal (180 for now) and can watch as I get closer to it. It’s a good motivator (although Radiant’s program is so easy, I don’t know what for!) and hopefully will help me see how much I am losing per month. I also mentioned talking to a dietician to help plan my meals and diet better. I finally started looking today to see if there were any good ones out there. I might call one of them sometime this next week. I am not sure I want someone hunting through my life when I am already losing weight so easily! On a side note, if any of you guys or gals out there have an idea for widgets that I can add to my page, I would love it! Maybe some tips or something to help me out on my weight loss expedition.
