June 28

I cooked up a complete vegetable dish for the first time in about a year. I’ve always had a meat or a cheese dish for dinner, usually. I am trying to stay close to the list of allowed foods, because not doing that can create bad results. This was a big change, but it was good. I also met the girls down at one of their homes for some aerobic exercises using rubber balls. She’s apparently really into it. I didn’t mind trying it out at all, though, considering that I got some girl time and we were able to do a light exercise while chatting, too.

I also took my weight again this morning. 15 pounds are gone so far. I don’t know exactly why the amount of weight lost went down a bit, but the body is a weird thing sometimes, I suppose. I have an appointment in a couple days for a follow up, so it will be nice to see the full progress I made and head into Radiant again.

Another thing that I have been really considering is going to see a nutritionist or dietician. That way I could learn to better take care of myself and my body and maintain a good weight once I have lost all of these pesky extra pounds. I am not completely sure I will, but it couldn’t hurt, right?
